How to Paint Aluminum Sheet Metal ?

1. Material preparation: Choose a high-quality aluminum alloy material and cut it to the desired size.
2. Surface treatment: Chemically treat the surface of the aluminum sheet to eliminate oxides and oil stains and improve adherence.
3. Primer spraying: Apply the primer to the surface of the aluminum sheet to create a homogenous priming coating. Primers improve adhesion between coatings and metal substrates, hence reducing corrosion and oxidation.
4. Drying king: Make sure the primer is completely cured.
5. Coating spray: Apply the colored paint on the dry primer. Customers can select different colors and textures based on their demands.
6. Drying: Allow the coating to dry completely to ensure it is entirely dried.
7. Surface treatment: Clean and polish the surface of the pre-painted aluminum sheet to make it smoother and more attractive.
8. Cutting and processing: Cut the painted aluminum plate to the desired size, then bend, punch, and execute further processing.
