This line can directly produce wafers using coil materials without the need for longitudinal and transverse cutting treatment, reducing production processes, lowering production costs, and reducing the possibility of damaging the surface of the coil materials. The produced wafers are guaranteed to be free of oil stains and scratches.

This line fully utilizes the width of the coil material and adopts a high-precision servo motor drive system control to minimize the distance between the discs and the edge of the material, fundamentally reducing the amount of waste and achieving a raw material utilization rate of over 80%.

The production speed can reach 40-55 pieces per minute, improving production efficiency.

Due to the use of modular mold design, the conversion time can be reduced to less than 15 minutes when converting wafer production specifications. The diameter range of discs that can be produced ranges from 85 mm to 750 mm.
