Food Container Foil 3003 Aluminum is the raw material for making aluminum foil containers. Container foil is our company’s hot-selling product, mainly 3003, 3004, and 8011 aluminum foil, which have good formability, are food grade, are not easy to deform, and can be used to make lunch boxes in one go through the stamping system.

Food Container Foil Series Products

3003 aluminum foil is one of the most commonly used container foils. With a higher tensile strength than 1100, the ductility of Yongsheng Aluminum 3003 alloy foil can be customized according to the customer’s requirements for aluminum foil containers. With sufficient thickness, aluminum 3003 H18, 3003 O and 3003 H24 foils can meet the performance requirements of lunch boxes.

Aluminum foil 3003 rolls can fully meet the requirements of stamping into single-chamber, three-chamber or complex-shaped containers, with stable quality and not easy to deform.

3004 aluminum foil has better stamping effect than 3003 and is cheaper than 8011. It is mainly used for food packaging. It is also the raw material for aviation aluminum food containers.

8006 aluminum foil is used in wrinkle-free containers. The surface is cleaner, oil-free, uniform in texture, and has good elongation. 8006 container foil has higher tensile strength than 8011. The surface of the wrinkle-free foil container is wrinkle-free and has a smooth appearance.

Container Foil Advantages

  • Food Grade Safe

Food container foil is made of high-purity aluminum ingot (purity ≥ 99.5%), which meets food-grade safety standards after high-temperature annealing process. It is non-toxic and has no precipitation risk. Its dense oxide layer on the surface can resist acid-base reaction and will not produce harmful substances when in direct contact with food. It complies with domestic and international food contact material regulations such as FDA and GB 4806.

  • Conduction Heat

The thermal conductivity of container aluminum foil is 237W/(m·K), which supports fast and uniform heat transfer and can adapt to extreme temperature environments from -40°C to 300°C. The material does not deform or melt during high-temperature sterilization, oven heating or refrigerator freezing.

  • Barrier Protection

Aluminum foil can block more than 99% of oxygen, water vapor, ultraviolet rays and microbial penetration, and its barrier properties are better than those of traditional plastics and paper. Through lamination technology (such as combining with PE and PET), the sealing performance can be further enhanced, the shelf life of food can be extended, and the flavor can be locked.

The density of aluminum foil is 2.7g/cm³. It can be rolled to a thickness of 0.03mm, achieving compression and tear resistance, while being lightweight and durable, reducing transportation costs.

Food Container Foil Packaging

The aluminum foil is sandwiched with paper and packed with plastic or kraft paper to prevent moisture and rain, ensuring clean and oil-free during transportation, and each roll has a desiccant. We use wooden boxes and steel belts for reinforcement to avoid collision during transportation and keep the shape unchanged.

Export products are packed in wooden pallets with fumigation marks and product specification information. YSA can be packaged according to customer requirements.
