Stacking Method of Aluminum Circles

There are several stacking methods for aluminum circles:

1. Planar stacking: Lay aluminum circles flat together to form a layer, and then stack another layer in sequence until the stacking is completed. The advantage of this stacking method is that it is easy to operate and not easy to damage the aluminum circles.

2. Vertical stacking: Vertically stack aluminum circles and stack them layer by layer. This aluminum wafer stacking method saves space and can improve storage efficiency and cargo turnover.

3. Cross stacking: Stack two aluminum circles together in a cross manner, and then stack other aluminum circles on top of them repeatedly to the desired height. This stacking method can increase the stability of aluminum circles and avoid sliding and damage during the stacking process.

4. Stacking with pad plates: place even boards, foam or rubber pads between aluminum circles to reduce friction and pressure between circles and protect aluminum circles from damage. This stacking method is suitable for situations where the surface requirements for aluminum circles are relatively high.

Before stacking aluminum circles, a clean, flat, and dry area should be selected in the warehouse or yard. The stacking height of aluminum circles should not exceed the specified height. At the same time, it is important to arrange the stacking interval reasonably to avoid collision or compression deformation. The method of fixing aluminum circles should also be considered to increase safety.
