Aluminum plate storage: The plates should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, and placed flat on a flat surface. Do not step or hit them.

Aluminum plate handling: When handling the plate, all four sides of the plate should be lifted simultaneously, and pushing, pulling, and extracting are strictly prohibited to avoid scratching the surface of the plate.

Aluminum plate slotting: When slotting with a slotting machine or gong machine, a semi-circular end milling cutter with a diameter greater than 90 degrees should be used. The lower cutter should not be too deep to damage the aluminum plate, nor too shallow to make it difficult to fold. A plastic core material with a thickness of 0.2-0.3mm should be left along with the aluminum plate for bending to increase strength and toughness, otherwise the aluminum plate may fracture or the paint film may burst during bending.

Aluminum plate bending: When bending, it is necessary to apply even force and form it in one go. Do not bend it repeatedly, otherwise the aluminum plate may break.

Aluminum plate curved processing: Special bending equipment should be used to process the curved surface of the aluminum plate. Slowly apply force to gradually achieve the desired surface. Do not bend it into shape at once.

Aluminum plate batch: There may be color differences between different batches of plates of the same model. When selling and using different batches of plates, a program for comparing color differences should be added. Only when there is no visual color difference can they be used on the same plane.

Aluminum plate installation direction: When installing the same colored aluminum plate on the same plane, the process direction should be consistent, otherwise it may cause visual color difference.

Aluminum plate film tearing: The protective film should be removed within 45 days after the installation of the aluminum plate, otherwise it may be difficult to tear the film or remove the adhesive.

Aluminum panel usage conditions: The inner wall panel should be used indoors and should not be installed outdoors to ensure its effectiveness and service life.
