Rhombus reinforced aluminum foil is a high-performance composite material designed for thermal insulation. The core structure of our Rhombus Square Ribbed Aluminum Foil is a three-layer composite: VMPET (Metalized PET) + Fiber Mesh + VMPET. The VMPET layers provide reflective properties and moisture resistance, while the embedded fiber mesh enhances tensile strength and structural integrity. This combination creates a metalized PET fiberglass mesh composite foil that is lightweight yet robust.

Structure

Ürün Manufacturing Process

The production begins with the precise coating of PET film with aluminum, forming the VMPET layer. A fiberglass mesh is then sandwiched between two VMPET layers using a high-adhesion lamination process. The assembled composite undergoes an embossing process to create the Rhombus Square Ribbed pattern, which increases surface rigidity and enhances tear resistance. The final product is slit and rolled to meet specific customer requirements, including formats such as fiberglass reinforced aluminum foil tape. Some advantages:
