Product Introduction

Laminated film raw material for flexible ducts uses 1235 aluminum alloy because the alloy is soft, has good expansion and bending properties, and increases durability. The aluminum foil has good self-sustaining properties, will not rebound after installation, and can maintain the flatness of the duct. In addition, the aluminum material is also flame retardant.
Used for high and low pressure air conditioners, ventilation systems, and smoke exhaust from range hoods.

1. Our slitting tolerance is within 0.5 mm. Too large tolerance will cause the aluminum foil to fall too large or too small during duct production, affecting the glue coating width, thereby affecting the firmness and aesthetics of the duct.
2. The slitting width of the aluminum foil is affected by the diameter of the duct and the spacing of the steel wires. Different diameters correspond to different widths of aluminum foil. When using single side aluminum foil to make ducts, it is best to face the aluminum foil inward to increase fire resistance.
