Color Aluminum Strip Product Description:
Color aluminum strips are made by selecting high-quality aluminum coil materials and coating a layer of colored coating on the surface of the aluminum coil, usually using a painting or film coating process. The color-coated aluminum coils are then cut into aluminum strips and rolled into rolls for easy transportation and use.
Features of Color Aluminum Strip:
- Smoothness: No composite high temperature indentation on the surface. There is no residual stress on the surface and no deformation after shearing.
- Decorative: The patterns can be made randomly, giving customers a wide range of personalized choices.
- Weather resistance: high gloss retention, good color stability, and minimal color difference changes. Polyester paint has a 10-year warranty, and fluorocarbon paint has a 20-year or more warranty.
- Mechanical properties: The product has the bending and tensile strength required for decorative panels. Under normal climate conditions, changes in wind pressure, temperature, humidity and other factors will not cause bending, deformation, expansion, etc.
- Environmental protection: Resistant to salt, alkali and acid rain corrosion, does not corrode itself, does not release any toxic gases, and is flame retardant.
